Hi everyone,
I am seeking confirmation as to whether this is correct.
GMP is not a legislative process in Australia and as long as you have a submission for an extension to a GMP clearance in place with TGA then supply of affected product can continue uninterrupted.
This question relates to a GMP clearance certificate which is about to expire in a few days but TGA are running behind in their review.
