Hi,
Our company is trying to export cosmetic products into India. Understand that Certificate of Free Sales (CFS) from country of origin is required as part of the registration document. However we are facing a problem where the Country of Origin is unable to issue the CFS as the products are meant for exportation only (not selling in the country of origin). Under this situation, will India CDSCO accept non-country of origin's CFS? Is there other document we can substitute for CFS?
