Hello, has anyone experienced a non-responsive Medsafe website before? It's been over 48 hours of not being able to access their site from the US. I and colleagues have tried to connect from multiple IP addresses, multiple browsers, mobile and desktops from across the country, but no luck - their server takes too long to respond.
Prior to November 2, 2020, there was no issue whatsoever.

Last time I was on the MedSafe site was two or three weeks ago, and no problem then. This week it hasn't been working at all so far as I've seen. Other NZ government sites still work fine. I haven't seen anything in the news about planned or unplanned outages. Odd.​

Hi Arvind,
I have been having the same problem here in Australia. Try disconnecting from VPN/your company's network. I did this and it works! NZ may have updated their website settings not allowing access via certain VPNs. I will have to raise an IT ticket with my company to fix this. Good luck! Regards, Laura

Thank you for the tip; it did occur to me that it might be a VPN issue, but I was trying to access the site from home, not work.
Anyway, I checked this morning, following Tina's suggestion, and I can now access the site. It certainly appears to be an internet gateway setting by Medsafe that was restricting access.
