Hi ,
Has anybody applied for a small business qualification? It requires all the affiliates National Taxing Authority to certify section III of form 3602A. Now the Japan tax authority says they won't fill up the form and nor are they ready to give in writing that they are unable to do this. I am stuck , FDA said they need either the form or a statement refusing to do so..
Has anybody encountered this problem ; if so , can you pl. advise what needs to be done in this scenario?
