    Hi,

    Is it okay to have the customer order forms translated internally without using an approved and certified Medical Device Translator supplier?

    Hi,

    Yes it is ok not to get certified translate (at least I think personally).  There are many companies who have internal documents which are translated internally without being approved or certified.  I have never seen any company get internal documents certified and as far as I know there is no requirement for that either.
