    We currently use GlobalSubmit, but are exploring the idea of switching to a different publishing software. Are there any users of Lorenz docuBridge here that can comment on their experience with the software? We're particularly curious about the support and overall experience with docuBridge.  Are there any other recommendations for software that we should be exploring (other than GlobalSubmit and Lorenz)?

    You always have a tough time with all the software system provider due to dynamic environment in the regulatory field. The best customer support is the first preference.

    Hi,

    I think the best way is to schedule presentation meetings with each software provider.  When choosing a service provider, I prioritized service, expendability and compatibility over other considerations. 

    All the systems (GlobalSubmit, Lorenz, EXTEDO, eCTDXPress DXC, and pharmaREADY) mentioned in the discussions above are great systems; some of them work with the FDA and other health authorities, some are popular among generic companies, and some with long lists of clients for outsourcing eCTD
