Can someone tell me what effect the signing of the Defense Production Act will have on 510(k) submissions and reviews? Will this expedite or change requirements for those drugs/devices that are needed to mitigate/treat/etc. COVID-19 or will this expedite/impact everything?
Trying to seek something beyond my own opinion to give to my co-workers.
