Also, I am confused if I opt US RAC or Medical Devices RAC. I have 5 years of experience in medical device industry though.

I agree. Don't focus much on Canada. Read the Fundamentals books and take the practice exam and you will be fine. The exam covers many topics but there are 4 themes (1) premarket (2) postmarket (3)strategy and (4)interfacing. And experience is the most valuable study tool and of course, common sense.
