I am trying to get an account for the NSIS database from Italy and I have contacted them already several times through the email address ('
dgfdm@postacert.sanita.it') that should create the account, but I don't get replies from them.
I got already contact with their helpdesk (by email and phone) and they state that I am following the correct procedure
Are there other people getting the same experience or does somebody know how to address them??
