    I have question about Amazon's 3PL policy for Class IIA medical device (EU MDR). Does the regulatory requirement allow a user to buy the product in one country and ship to another country? For e.g. if product is registered in UK (with MHRA) and Netherland (IGJ) and meets all local requirements of both the countries, can the device be bought in UK and shipped to Netherland? Is there any importation policy guidance for international market esp. Amazon? Any help is greatly appreciated.
