there is a protectionism arsing in China. More and more provinces have individuel list of prefereed local device.
On the other word, for importing foreign device a kind of expert opionion is often essential.
Contact your local distributor in which province according to which decentralised list the device is blocked at tender.
Then have a long term analysis depending on sales numer, market share, whether it is worthy to produce by yourself in China or outsource production there.
