Dear Forum,
With CBER submissions, after submitting a response to a Complete Response (CR) letter, are there times when CBER will directly issue a disapproval letter without providing any indication to the sponsor, or is there usually an indication? Are you aware of any implications to other global registrations (e.g., TGA, EMA, Singapore) of a FDA disapproval?
