As 4th edition valid till May 2023, if we appear in summer , it makes huge difference in terms of syllabus or contents?

We have 4th edition book and practice questions for RAPS drug exam.
If we select summer window for exam, does it make big difference in terms of syllabus /exam pattern?
Because from May 2023 new edition book will publish.
