We are about to release updated identification labels for our products. Our concern is that in some regions the updated labels can be implemented immediately whereas in others this change requires notification or submission.
From your experience how can we manage the "old" and "new" labels until there are approved worldwide?
Should we allocate new labels' part number to the "new" labels versions and maintain the "old" labels versions as well? Or should we update label revision (obsolete the old version) and when necessary, use the obsolete version via deviation.
