She reminds us about the importance of broadening your mindset and going outside your comfort zone in your regulatory affairs career.
“I believe that continuing education requirements ensure that we step back from our daily activities and stay current with what’s happening in the regulatory landscape. I used to be involved with the domestic US FDA regulation at my work, and when I came across the RAC exam, I immediately thought it would be something outside my comfort zone. I wanted to understand the challenges associated with domestic as well as international regulation. So, I immediately signed up for the RAC exam.”
