We are a US based company looking for a recommendation on a MDSAP Auditing Organization who is responsive. We are currently using an AO that doesn't respond to messages or return calls. We are two days away from a surveillance audit and have yet to receive the audit agenda. Or is this level of responsiveness normal in our post-pandemic world across the currently approved AOs? Thanks in advance for any insight/recommendations.
