Hello industry experts,

I have a situation where a company name (ABC Pharma Ltd.) is going to change as ABC Pharma PLC.

In response to that, we are going to do ER and Self-ID as ABC Pharma PLC. Whould should be the regulatory criteria/ approch to use the already printed packaging materials with ABC Pharma Ltd.?

With such a minor change in the name, the company seems clearly identified with either old or new packaging. It seems environmentally responsible to use up the old materials before phasing in the new.
