Hello,

I have just recently discovered that we have a chapter in Ontario so I wanted to introduce myself and say hi. 
I'm a medical writer specializing in regulatory and clinical document writing. I've been at it for just over 15 years, some of it in med comms agencies and some of it freelancing. I live and work in Toronto. I joined RAPS to keep learning about regulatory affairs and to connect with other likeminded professionals here in Ontario.

I am curious, are there any other regulatory writers on here? I'd love to connect with the regulatory writing community (if such a things exists).

To address your question regarding connection to the regulatory writing community: there is no stand-alone community as, for example, American Medical Writers Association (AMWA: https://www.amwa.org/). Hi Oxana,

I am a member of several medical writing groups, but I haven't met too many (or any) regulatory writers. I suspect that's because reg affairs people often write regulatory documents but don't necessarily identify as medical writers. And there seems to be a paucity of regulatory freelancers. In any case, I'm happy I found this group, and I hope to learn a lot from you guys :)
