Is anyone working with any compounding outsourcing facilities? The new Section 503B states that "the drug cannot be sold or transferred by an entity other than the outsourcing facility that compounded such drug." Does this mean to exclude virtual companies or 3rd parties to take/coordinate orders for the compounding facility?
