Sounds more like you are looking for surface disinfectants rather than cleaning products. These are regulated by FDA and/or EPA. You can probably gets lists from their databases. However, you need to read the specific labels. All tend to be tested against some level of spores at some exposure, but for specific organisms and contact times you would need to read specific product labels. Not all gluteraldehydes or peracetic acid formulations etc are the same.
