I am writing to request your help by participating in a short survey for an academic research study as part of my Doctorate dissertation. My research examines the clinical supply chain management of complex biologics and advanced therapies such as Cell and Gene Therapies (CGT). The purpose of the study is to identify operational and regulatory barriers that may hinder CGT clinical trial supply chain. 

This study intends to assist industry stakeholders better understand the challenges with the supply chain management of CGTs, to mitigate risks, reduce regulatory and operational challenges and influence regulatory policy.

Your participation is voluntary but highly valued. The survey is completely anonymous and confidential. If you do not feel comfortable answering any question, please skip to the next question.
