    Hello, 

    Do you know when the registrations of medical devices and IVDs will be mandatory in Chile?

    I received a communication stating that, the Health Code is being amended and in the process of being enacted in Congress. The regulations establish the bases of the regulatory framework for medical devices in the pre- and post-market stages by the ISP.
