  • 1.  After the RAC Devices:  Continuing our study group in an "official" form?

    Hello, all.  A number of us participated in an online study group for the RAC devices exam last spring and summer, coordinated by the exceptional @Claire Norton (thanks Claire!)  We are located all over the US.

    All of us passed the exam, and we have a lot of talent and expertise in the group, plus some momentum since we've been meeting regularly.

    We are interested in continuing to meet, maybe potentially having guest speakers on subjects from time to time, and ​​​​volunteering for various RAPS projects.  Of course it'd be great to add some new people as well.

    I am curious if there is any way of making our group some sort of official RAPS group.  Advice welcome!

    Hi all.  Thanks for the requests to join—we can certainly add members once the group is better defined.

    At the moment, I’m wondering if anyone can help me with whether a path exists for our group to somehow be RAPS “official,” and what that would mean.

    Could it be a virtual RAPS chapter or networking group, for example?   If so, who would be the right person at RAPS to contact?

    Thanks for any advice.
