As a new member of RAPS, I wanted to express how much I am enjoying my experience so far.
I have encountered a question for which I have been unable to find an answer. Recently, my boss left the company after establishing a communication thread with FDA through CDER NextGen Portal. As such, we have prepared and uploaded letter to inform FDA of the new contact person. However, since we now have a new contact person with a different email address, I am unsure if we need to create a new account using the new contact email address. Please note that we will still have access to my boss's email account.
