Hello everybody.
We have a single use Biotec facility with just one process of manufacturing at the moment (mAb).
However, we are about to share this facilty with a process of manufacturing another protein using cell insect expression plattform, and we are plannig the modifications to the facility in order to share this two process of manufacturing.
We are writing the user requirments about the viral expansion room and we have a questions about it.
What kind of Biosafety cabinet do we need to handle the virus?
we have to options:
1.- Biosafety cabinet II (
Streamline® Class II BSC - E Series | Esco Scientific )
2.- Biological Safety Cabinet Class III BCBS-502 (
