  • 1.  NORTH CAROLINIANS? Any interest in a local group?

    I'm looking for RAPS members in North Carolina.  I have always wondered why there is no local chapter or networking group of RAPS in the Raleigh-Durham / RTP area.  I wanted to reach out to you all and see if there was interest in creating one.  I'd be glad to hear any feedback you have on this idea.

    It is not an official RAPS chapter, but there is a very active local regulatory group, North Carolina Regulatory Affairs Forum (NCRAF) in the RTP area that could be of interest to you.

    To follow on the mention of NCRAF by Brant, the North Carolina Regulatory Affairs Forum (www.ncraf.org) has been serving the Triangle area of North Carolina since 1992 and is where you'll find the ability to network with other regulatory professionals, regular seminars on regulatory topics (almost monthly), the November Round Table (dinner and small table discussions of current regulatory topics/issues with seasoned professionals, and the Pharm/Bio and Device summer workshops. Our next member meeting will be in February (the who and where are in process) and will likely be the usual hybrid event (in-person and via Zoom). Watch the website for updates.
