    Hello,

    Can anyone please confirm whether incorrect answers will weight negatively, hence will decrease the score of the exam?

    Hello  Sara,
    I suggest reaching out to the RAPS RAC team and ask how the scores are weighted. Its been a long time since I took my exam and i am not sure what may have changed.

    Hi Sara! I asked @Jennifer Naughton , our credentialing director at RAPS, and she told me this:

    Wrong answers do not count negatively towards the score. In other words, each correct answer is worth one point. Each incorrect answer is worth zero points.
