    Hi all,

    Is the RAPS Event app actually functional for 2022 Convergence? I can see the 2022 RAPS Convergence button within the app but I can't login. I can't find an email containing any access keys, so I tried using the "Record ID" provided in the registration confirmation but that didn't work. I also tried using the "forgot my password" feature but it told me that my email is not registered, which is most definitely is.

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

    I am also having the same issue. When I try to retrieve my access key, on the app - it says "Email not associated with this event", on the website - it says "Account was not found." Definitely using my registered email.
