Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@raps.org. Requests received by 1 October 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations after 1 October 2024 are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. RAPS cannot accept cancellations by phone. No refunds for no-shows.

Meeting Cancellation: RAPS may cancel any program. Registration fees will be refunded within seven business days. RAPS is not responsible for any costs incurred because of a cancellation.
