This presentation offers regulatory professionals at all levels tips for developing their leadership skills. Topics include: identifying your "why"; building strong networks, successfully working across functions, honing your communication skills, and setting yourself up for future success. The presentation is relevant both to professionals aspiring to people leadership and professionals who want to get better at leading from where they are - on teams, projects, etc.

    Substitutions

    Paid registration substitutions may be accepted with written approval from RAPS for requests received before the start of the event. To transfer a registration, email support@raps.org with the event title, name of the original registrant and the contact information for the new attendee.

    A certificate of attendance can be downloaded from the RAPS Learning Portal following the event.
