Be among the first to earn this new credential.
Join RAPS for a free educational session to identify whether a Regulatory Compliance Certification (RCC) is right for you and how to get started.
The RCC program is for regulatory professionals who want to show they know the EU compliance regulations related to IVDs and medical devices.
The creation of the Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC) role was a catalyst for developing these certifications. Mandated by Article 15 of the EU MDR and EU IVDR, the PRRC role requires institutions to have a designated employee responsible for regulatory compliance. The RCC-MDR and RCC-IVDR credentials were designed to help institutions meet these requirements and to help practitioners bolster their qualifications.
