Jen Lewi is the founder of Design Your Next Step, a boutique executive coaching and career strategy firm. As a leadership advisor, she’s dedicated to helping professionals make work “work” to enrich their lives. She also facilitates training for organizations to build leadership skills and enhance collaboration. 

Jen has multiple nationally recognized coaching certifications, a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s in management from HEC Paris. In 2025, she was selected as a Real Leaders Top Executive Coach.
