Dr. Jennifer Neff has worked in the areas of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology for over 18 years, joining Entourage GmbH in February 2023. Entourage is a consultancy company specializing in MedTech and Pharma with locations in Munich, Basel and Milan. Entourage supports leading life science companies in Europe and offers different types of consulting (project consulting, hybrid consulting, strategy consulting) depending on the client needs.
Previously, she worked as Director Regulatory, Clinical and Quality for different device manufacturers. Jennifer’s experiences include a broad range of active and non-active medical devices, substance-based devices, combination products and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining the industry Dr. Jennifer Neff worked as a veterinarian in small and large animal practice as well as for the Primate Genetics division of the German Primate Center. Jennifer received her PhD from the University of Veterinary Medicine of Hannover and her MBA from the University of Applied Science (FOM), Germany. She further holds the Global Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) and the Regulatory Compliance Certification (RCC).
Jennifer has volunteered for RAPS in different functions like, e.g. Chair of the RAPS European Council (REC) and Co-Chair of the RAPS EU Convergence Planning Committee.
She is currently member of the RAPS EU Board and the Chair of the PRRC committee. She is further Board member and treasurer of the German Chapter.
