I continue to make the active effort to grow my skill set and be a valuable contributor to the team. I share knowledge and help develop people through hands-on training of quality and regulatory processes as it relates to their job. My training as a certified Exemplar Lead QMS auditor and Process Improvement Manager ensures that I maintain effective, professional, timely, and consistent communications with cross-functional team members to drive project completion. I thrive in an ecosystem that encourages innovative and holistic thinking. I am known to be a storyteller who can weave complex concepts to provide a compelling message.
