RAPS is looking for authors for the September 2023 issue of RF Quarterly, which publishes in-depth, peer-reviewed content on emerging issues in the global regulatory landscape.
The issue will focus on all aspects of Leadership in Regulatory Affairs. Article topics could include, but need not be limited to:
· Levels of regulatory leadership and the requirements thereof
· Strategic thinking/soft skills
· Planning to be a leader: important milestones along the way
· Leadership in a startup, large/small company, consultancy, notified body, or CRO
· Goal setting for long-term-impact
· Learning how to influence people
· Managing conflict
· Fostering collaboration
· Effective leadership communication
· Mentoring as a leader
· Mentoring a future leader
· Qualifications and the value of certification
