RAPS is looking for volunteers with medical devices and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) regulatory experience to help develop the Regulatory Compliance Certification (RCC) exams. This opportunity will take place in Berlin, Germany on 5-6 May 2024.
The Regulatory Compliance Certifications are RAPS' newest credentials, launched in 2023, designed to validate knowledge of regulations put forth by the European Union. The creation of the Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC) role was a catalyst for developing these new certifications. The PRRC role was mandated in Article 15 of the EU MDR and EU IVDR regulations.
As a valued volunteer, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the profession and gain valuable insight and networking opportunities with peers. RAPS will cover travel expenses, such as flight and hotel accommodations, and provide meals and beverages throughout the event. Additionally, RCC holders who participate will receive RCC recertification credits.
If you have experience in regulatory compliance, especially in the PRRC role, and a passion for the field, we'd love to hear from you. Preference will be given to applicants in the EU, but is not a requirement for selection.
