Charge:
Responsible for reviewing applications and selecting participants of the RAPS Fellow Program and providing RAPS Fellows with substantive activities that contribute to the advancement of the RA profession. Committee members are also responsible for reviewing and adjusting criteria to select participants of the Fellow Program.
Composition/Size:
The Fellows Committee is composed of 11 members, including a chair and vice chair. All members shall have the Fellows distinction.
Length of Service:
The Fellows committee terms begin at the conclusion of the RAPS Annual Conference, and are completed during the annual conference that falls on the year of their final term. Members will serve a two-year term
Work Approach:
The committee adjourns at the beginning of each committee year to discuss changes to the eligibility and scoring criteria for Fellows selection. The committee then meets monthly to plan other activities for the rest of the year, review applications and make selections.
