To ensure that the
Regulatory Competency Framework reflects current competencies in the field and incorporates key segments, RAPS has partnered with McKinley Advisors (McKinley) to revise and update the Framework. As part of that effort, we are currently recruiting six volunteers to serve on a task force that will help guide this initiative.
As a member of this Task Force, we will ask you to:
• Participate in four videoconference calls from December 2020 to July 2021 to discuss the existing Competency Framework and potential updates
• Offer thoughts and insights into the key competencies, domains and KSAs for regulatory affairs professionals
• Provide feedback on research findings and set the direction for the updated Framework
You will find more information about the background, charge and responsibilities of the Task Force in this
document. Your participation and contribution to this Task Force will help to shape the new Competency Framework for our field, ensuring the continued success of our organization and the profession as a whole.
Thank you in advance for your consideration. If you have any questions about the Task Force or the scope of this assessment, please do not hesitate to reach out to Danielle Fezell, manager, volunteer and chapter relations, at dfezell@raps.org.
Prerequisite: Volunteers selected for this opportunity must have an active RAPS membership.
