Charge:
There are four RAC Exam Committees (EU, Global, US, Canada). These committees conduct a key role in developing and validating new RAC exams each year, with a focus on ensuring all exams are fair, accurate and up to date.
Composition:
The RAC Exam Committees (EU, Global, US, Canada) are comprised of 8-12 RAC holders. Eligible candidates hold the relevant RAC, and come from a variety of regulatory backgrounds (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech/biologicals, government regulator, etc.).
Length of Service:
Members are appointed by the RAC Exam committee chair and the RAC Board. Members serve for a term of 3 years, which is renewable one time.
Work Approach:
A meeting in the spring (either two day face-to-face meeting, or short series of phone/video conferences). Some writing and/or editing requirements through the fall and winter, through an electronic portal.
