RAPS is looking for student volunteers to serve as session room, solutions circles and sponsored theater monitors on 13, 14, 15 and 16 May in exchange for complimentary RAPS Euro Convergence registration.
There are 15 openings for student ambassadors. Application is restricted to international students only. Must be currently enrolled in a university program in the regulatory affairs field.
SCOPE
RAPS Euro Convergence Student Ambassadors will:
- Work two and a half day-long shifts
- Support session rooms, solutions circles and sponsored theaters.
- Welcome delegates, keep session room counts, troubleshoot via communication with RAPS staff
- Support solutions circles traffic management and sponsored presentations in theaters on the exhibit hall floor

On-site at RAPS Euro Convergence from 13-16 May 2025.
STUDENT AMBASSADOR BENEFITS
Student ambassadors receive complimentary full conference registration and €250 to offset travel expenses
RAPS will provide an orientation session for student ambassadors
RAPS will offer a student career development session on 13 May
Travel and hotel coordination and costs are the responsibility of the student ambassadors (other than the €250 stipend)
