Location & Dates 

Lisbon, Portugal, 5-8 May 2026 

RAPS seeks student volunteers to serve in the Student Ambassador Programme at our upcoming Euro Convergence conference in Lisbon, Portugal. We seek students who can serve as monitors in session rooms and in the exhibit hall at Solutions Circles and Sponsored Theater presentations on 5, 6, 7, 8 May in exchange for complimentary RAPS Euro Convergence registration. Students are expected to be present all four days.

 Responsibilities 

Students selected to serve as student ambassadors will: 

  • Work two, half-day shifts 
  • Support session rooms: Assist in greeting and directing attendees, keep session room counts, help with Q&A as needed  
  • Support Solutions Circles & Sponsored Theaters: traffic management on the exhibit hall floor, scan badges 
  • Troubleshoot via communication with RAPS staff 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned 

 Benefits 

  • Complimentary full conference registration and a €250 stipend to offset travel costs, awarded at the conclusion of Euro Convergence.  
  • Meals and coffee breaks during the conference  
  • An orientation session for student ambassadors   
  • A student career development session on 5 May 2026  

 Travel, hotel, and all other associated costs are the responsibility of the student ambassadors (other than the €250 stipend). 

Volunteers Needed  

There are fifteen (15) openings for student ambassadors. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university program in the regulatory affairs field, either graduate or undergraduate. Application is restricted to non-U.S.-based students only 

 Experience Required 

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in regulatory affairs or a healthcare-related field such as pharmacy, the sciences, medicine, nursing, etc.  
  • No U.S.-based students will be accepted.  
  • Open to new student ambassador applicants. Former ambassadors are not eligible to apply. 

 Length of Service 

  • On-site at RAPS Euro Convergence from 5-8 May 2026. Start on 5 May at 08:00 and end on 8 May at 14:30.
