RAPS Convergence 2025 Call for Student Ambassador Volunteers

Purpose

For student volunteers looking to support RAPS in various essential areas of RAPS Convergence 2025 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Student volunteers will serve as session rooms, solutions circles, and sponsored theater monitors on 7-9 October 2025 in exchange for complimentary RAPS Convergence registration.

Scope

RAPS Convergence Student Ambassadors will:

• Work 2-3, half day shifts
• Support session rooms, Solutions Circles, and sponsored theaters.
• Welcome attendees, track session room attendance numbers, scan badges, manage queues, help with wayfinding, and other responsibilities assigned.

Length of Service & Qualifications

• On-site at RAPS Convergence from 7-9 October 2025
• Must be currently enrolled in a university program in the regulatory affairs field
• Open to new student ambassadors.  Former ambassadors are note eligible.
• Domestic and international students may apply.
• 30 openings available.

Student Ambassador Benefits

• Student ambassadors receive complimentary conference registration, and $250 USD to offset travel expenses (issued post-event).
• An exclusive invitation to the Honoring Excellence Awards Ceremony on 8 October.
• RAPS will provide a virtual orientation session for student ambassadors before Convergence.
• RAPS will offer a student career development session on 7 October.
• Travel and hotel coordination and costs are the responsibility of the student ambassadors.
