To ensure that the Regulatory Competency Framework reflects current competencies in the field and incorporates key segments, RAPS partnered with McKinley Advisors (McKinley) starting in 2020 to revise and update the framework. The initial phase of revision was completed in 2021, and as part of the continuing effort, we are currently recruiting UP TO twelve volunteers to serve on an advisory panel that will help with the next phase of the initiative.
As a member of the 2022 task force, we will ask you to:
- Participate in monthly videoconference calls throughout 2022.
- Steer the development of KSAs for each key competency.
- Guide the development of a self-assessment tool to accompany the framework.
- Map current RAPS programs and products to the framework and identify any gaps.
Your participation and contribution will help to shape the new competency framework for our field, ensuring the continued success of our organization and the profession as a whole.
