I would like to ask a basic question about internal processes in your organisation/company in the light of the EU-CTR:
Who is the sponsor for clinical trials in your organisation: Global or local?
If Global is the sponsor for clinical trials in your organisation: Who is signing the local clinical trial agreements? Do you give PoAs to your local organisation?
