    My name is Aritz, and I work in Clarivate. I would like to share a doubt about the new regulation that has been published in the OJEU: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=uriserv%3AOJ.L_.2023.135.01.0001.01.ENG&toc=OJ%3AL%3A2023%3A135%3ATOC

     

    I understand that it does not apply to medical devices, however, I am not completely sure because in the Article 2 where it lists the exceptions MDs are out of the list, only medicinal products are included. For me it would be wired for MDs to be part of the application of this regulation as they have specific requirements in the MDR.

     

    Do you have more information about this?
