I am a Confident, Persuasive and Result oriented Regulaotry Professional with rich experience in diverse fields i.e. Regulatory, Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical industries. I have about 4 years of experience in Drug Regulatory affairs.
My key skills lies in the area of regulatory strategy, building relationships with international regulatory agencies, submissions & establishing a Regulatory environment that enhances the Company's image of integrity and contributes to quality. Have a wide range of interests and the ability to work with technical staff, Marketing partners and Regulatory agencies to design and implement strategies which result in expeditious approval of products for optimal market indications.
I have excellent time management skills with the ability to meet the requirements of this position. I have the ability to understand and help find solutions to complex problems that often arise and I have outstanding decision-making skills. Generally we have a small window i.e. a time line to deliver. Hence I ensured to get people on board by getting them to understand the objective, plan effectively, delegate, monitor and review progress to ensure objectives are meet.
